• Gland Collar to be fitted with new Gland and old gland packing to be removed.
• Valves to be made free for closing /opening
• Anti-seize compound / •Molycot to be applied to the spindle
• After Dismantling, cleaning, inspecting, testing, and assembling the valve
• Machining and repairing of valve body seat (both side faces)
• Machining and repairing of Wedge/plug seat (both side faces)

BALL VALVE AND METALLIC BALL VALVE
An empty, perforated ball that pivots is used to control flow into a ball valve, a type of quarter-turn valve. The ball’s hole is closed when it is swivelled 90 degrees through the valve stem, and it is open when it is in series with the flow. While the valve is closed, the handle is perpendicular to the flow and sprawls even with the flow, providing clear, visible indication of the valve’s position.

PRESSURE VALVE
A Pressure Valve is a type of quarter-turn valve that regulates flow into it by means of a hollow, perforated ball that pivots. When the ball’s hole is in series with the flow, the valve is open; when it is rotated 90 degrees through the valve stem, the valve is closed. The handle provides smooth, visual indication of the valve’s condition by spreading evenly with the flow when it is open and perpendicular to it when it is closed.
